Planning Your Malta Wedding Music From Abroad
A large share of the weddings we play are for couples who live somewhere else. Here is how to plan entertainment you cannot visit in person.

Booking a supplier in a country you do not live in takes trust. You cannot pop in for a meeting, you cannot see the equipment, and you are relying on reviews and email. We work with UK, Irish and European couples every season, and the process is genuinely straightforward once you know what to prioritise.
Start with a video call
A twenty minute video call tells you more than twenty emails. You meet the person who will actually run your night, you can ask the awkward questions, and we can show you the setups we are proposing. Many of our overseas couples book after a single call, and several have met us in person only on the wedding day itself. If you are visiting Malta for a venue viewing, we are always happy to meet then too.
What to sort first
Lock the date and venue, then secure entertainment. Those two decisions drive everything else about your music. After that we agree the shape of the day, the ceremony sound, whether you want live musicians, and any effects. Detailed song choices can wait until much later, and our app lets you add them gradually rather than in one sitting.
Language and guests from everywhere
Our team works entirely in English, and our DJs are used to mixed international crowds where half the room speaks one language and half another. Music is the common ground, and a DJ who reads a room handles that far better than a fixed playlist. If you have guests from several countries, tell us the mix and we will plan for it.
Things overseas couples forget
Two come up repeatedly. First, noise curfews, which vary by venue and can shorten the night if discovered late. Second, power and access at rural or historic venues, which affects what is possible outdoors. We check both for you as part of planning, so there are no surprises when you land.
One team, one contract
Coordinating multiple suppliers from another country is stressful. Because we handle DJ, live musicians, sound, lighting, staging and effects in house, you deal with one team and one contract rather than five. For couples planning remotely, that is usually the single biggest relief.
