Events / Full technical production
From collecting the gear at our garage to a full production with technical plans, crew and power management. Five levels, so you pay for the support you actually need.
People come to us at very different stages. Some know exactly what they need and just want the gear. Others hand us a venue, a date and a guest list and ask us to handle everything. Both are welcome and both get the same care.
To make that possible we work across five levels of production, so the service matches the venue, the complexity of the event and how involved you want us to be.
One event often needs different levels in different areas. A ceremony might sit at level two while the party needs level four. We combine them, so you are only paying for the support each area actually needs.
01
You collect the equipment, or we deliver it, and your own team sets it up and runs it. This suits professional DJs, technicians and production companies who already know what they need.
02
We deliver to the venue, install everything, test it and leave it ready to use. Your team operates it on the night. Works well for villas, restaurants and venues that want a reliable setup without a technician standing by.
03
Sound, lighting and technical coordination for a straightforward event, including speaking to your DJ, band, venue or planner beforehand, plus basic support on site. Ideal for smaller weddings, dinners and corporate presentations.
04
For events with several technical areas or suppliers we take on the technical design, the planning, the supplier coordination and the documentation. Most larger weddings, brand activations and multi area events sit here.
05
We study the venue, prepare technical plans, coordinate with planners, venues, artists and suppliers, and build a production schedule covering access, setup, rehearsals and operation. It can include multiple areas, temporary structures, generators and full power management.
06
Different areas can sit at different levels and usually should. We combine them rather than pushing the whole event up to the highest tier.
The higher levels bring together the things that are easy to overlook until the day itself.
Specified for the room and the guest count rather than pulled off a standard list.
Ambient lighting for the space and performance lighting for the stage, designed together.
Decks, skirting, carpet and safe access, sized to the performance and to the sightlines.
Screens and projectors for conferences, presentations and content playback.
Distribution, and generators where the venue cannot carry the load.
Access times, setup, rehearsals, operation and load out, written down and kept to.
Yes, that is level one. Collect it from us or we deliver, and your team handles the rest.
Level three is one straightforward area with basic support on site. Level four is several technical areas or suppliers, where the design, planning, coordination and documentation become the job.
At the higher levels, yes, including distribution and generators where the venue cannot carry the load.
Yes, and they usually should. A ceremony at level two alongside a party at level four is a normal combination.
Our guide, How We Work: Event Production in Malta, walks through the whole process from first brief to final load out.
Tell us your date and venue and we will come back with what works in your space, what it costs and what the night actually looks like.
