Multiple days and functions

A celebration might run across a mehndi or sangeet, the wedding ceremony itself and a reception, sometimes in different venues. Each one needs its own setup and its own approach. A sangeet is high energy and performance driven, often with choreographed dances that need precise track edits and cues. A ceremony needs clean, respectful sound and careful microphone work. Our DJs are comfortable moving between Bollywood, Punjabi and bhangra tracks and Western house and party music, and the skill is in the transitions. Done well, a fusion set keeps the whole room dancing rather than splitting it into two groups waiting for their turn. We ask for your key tracks well in advance, including any specific versions or edits, since the right mix of a song matters enormously here.

Live musicians that cross over

Live percussion is a natural fit. Congas and bongos over a bhangra or house set add exactly the kind of rhythm these celebrations thrive on. Our saxophonist also covers Bollywood melodies, which lands beautifully with guests who did not expect it. These combinations consistently get the strongest reaction of the night.

Practical planning

Longer events mean more technical planning: multiple areas, longer operating hours, more microphones for speeches and rituals, and a crew on site throughout rather than dropping equipment and leaving.
